When we honor the cycles and rhythms of nature— light/dark, work/rest— cells get clear signals and we create space for nourishment, repair, and growth.

We must remember that we are part of Nature and need to be aligned with it to support the body. My approach is to reconnect to our environment, our food, and our self-healing capabilities.

Rebuilding that connection means we need to stop consenting to the ways our modern lifestyles are harming vitality. This looks like embracing and living with the seasons, natural light, darkness, mineral-rich foods, clean air and water, circadian lighting, EMF and toxin mitigation, and more.

What is nutritional therapy?

Nutritional therapy is all about supporting your body with food and lifestyle choices so you can feel your best. Nutritional Therapy Practitioners (NTPs) figure out your body’s unique needs and help you get back into balance. Instead of focusing on quick fixes, NTPs use real, nutrient-dense food and simple lifestyle shifts to support digestion, blood sugar, energy, and overall wellness. The goal is to provide you with the tools and guidance to thrive in a way that works for you.

  • Every body is different, so there is no one-size-fits-all plan. I support your health goals with personal reccomendations that fit your unique needs and lifestyle.

  • Sleep, stress, blood sugar regulation, digestion, and a nutrient dense diet. These are the foundations of health we focus on.
